A Little About Me

Konstantina Moustaka is a Professional Development and EYFS coordinator at Gwendolen House nursery school in London ranked "outstanding" by Ofted. Konstantina has been working in Early Years for the past 19 years. Konstantina has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Studies. She is currently working towards a National Professional Qualification in Early Years Leadeship at UCL. She has a keen interest in continual professional development and mentor's staff in the setting to help achieve Early Years qualifications that will help children attain the best possible outcomes. Konstantina also has interest in emotion coaching and self-regulation which she integrates within her methodology for practitioner training.
