Terms and Conditions of SOUZU Subscription are as follows
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure you fully understand that by subscribing to our SOUZU subscription that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right, from time to time, with or without notice, to change these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion.
1. INFORMATION ABOUT OUR COMPANY

2. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
2.1 We offer a yearly subscription service. You have the option to pay in full at the beginning of the service or spread the cost over 12 easy payments.
2.2 We also offer a one off gift box service with a one off payment option only.
2.3 There is a small delivery fee incorporated within the cost. This applies to UK customers only. Additional delivery costs will be incurred for overseas customers. Please contact us at email@example.com for more information.
2.4 The SOUZU subscription Service we provide caters for Newborn babies and beyond. The subscription can start from any stage following the baby’s birth.
2.5 We provide information on each developmental stage throughout your child’s first year, along with fun and educational toys to support each of these milestones.
2.6 Our website www.SOUZU.co.uk allows users to subscribe to our SOUZU subscription (more info on our website).
2.7 If buying our subscription as a gift, there is an option to purchase a SOUZU subscription Gift Card. We will send you an introductory gift box with the gift card inside. The receiver can then easily sign up to the service themselves with code provided.
2.8 We will automatically sign you up to our SOUZU emails which keep you up to date with special offers, SOUZU events and any other useful information that SOUZU sees appropriate. You have the option to un-subscribe from these emails at any point.
2.9 The contents of each box will vary according to the age of the baby it was ordered for. We make no guarantee that you will receive a particular product in a Box. SOUZU are constantly sourcing the best products for our website and subscription service.
2.10 Following sign up, you will receive a dispatch email prior to each delivery. You have a responsibility to report any lost or undelivered boxes within 7 days from the dispatch date by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the unlikely event that this should happen, we will do our utmost to resolve any issues for you where possible.
3. YOUR STATUS
3.1 If you change address, you must provide us with your new address by email to email@example.com. To ensure that boxes are not sent out to the wrong address please give us at least one month’s notice prior to your next scheduled delivery. We cannot accept liability where you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. Failure to provide correct delivery information may result in some or all of your boxes being placed on hold.
3.2 The products for our boxes are very carefully selected based on each stage of your child’s development. The contents cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason, unless faulty.
4. JOINING AND REGISTERING WITH SOUZU
4.1 Following your first or full subscription payment, that is when the contract is made.
4.2 You acknowledge and accept that SOUZU will process and keep your personal data in accordance with the terms of our privacy and cookies policy. We will not share your details with any 3rd party companies.
4.3 Following registration, we will enter you into SOUZU’s database and create an account for you. This entitles you to begin earning Reward Points in conjunction with our website www.SOUZU.co.uk. We will email you confirmation of this as soon as you have been registered. You can choose to un-register from our rewards system at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
6. YOUR PRIVACY
7.1 SOUZU takes payment for our subscription service via Shopify. Payment details will be stored for subsequent payments where applicable.
